Pregnancy Massage
Massage therapy in pregnancy can include specific pressure massage, myofascial massage, and other Swedish techniques.
Pregnancy is a time is great change, and as you know with change comes stress and at times pain, all of which can be addressed with appropriate massage therapy and body mechanics guidance. Pregnancy massage is beneficial through all phases of pregnancy; however it is always a good idea to check with your doctor before receiving any additional treatment.
A full session lasts for an hour, however extra time will be set aside if you need to take a restroom break. During the massage you will be comfortably supported in a side-lying position and draped to insure the top level of comfort.
